Conducted at the convenience of your selected location, private classes allow the opportunity to focus on you and make sure you are getting off to an appropriate start.
Private sessions are individually tailored to meet the needs of you and your body. Focusing and addressing on any health conditions, pains, stress or unique needs of your body & mind. Progressing at a comfortable pace where you would be able to witness improvement in your flexibility, strength, recovery and overall wellness.
For beginners, a 60 min private class will be conducted by introducing basic postures/ exercises with a focus on alignment and breath, ending in a final relaxation pose.
If you have experience or would like to return to your practice, the class will be designed to your ability and specially catered to any particular areas of improvements which you might prefer.
Private session is available one to one or you might chose to gather a group of family and friends.
